alright, so i want to dye the underneath part of my hair light blonde. not white or platinum, but a light blonde. my hair is a medium brunette shade, and i as wondering if i'd have to bleach my hair first, then put on the color i want, or just use a normal hair dye?
How to dye hair a light blonde?
I did the same but my hair is black. Mix bleach powder with peroxide (maybe 30 volume) but don't leave it in to long, i did for an hour and my hair broke off. I might go to a professional now.
