Hair dye???????/?

i dyed my hair burgundy yesterday and i am wondering how to remove the dye from my hair wihout washing it because i got a perm with it too and i dont want to ruin the perm

Hair dye???????/?

There isnt a way. And washing it will only fade it, not remove it. Red is very hard to get out.

Hair dye???????/?

no way really because thats dark besides washing it. try dying it another color.

Hair dye???????/?

If I were you I would wait it out for a two or three weeks, because drastic changes like that usually take a while to get used to. By then if you dont like it lighten it up with some highlights.

Hair dye???????/?

I feel bad, but there is no way to get it out without washing it. I'm curious why you dyed it a color that you don't like, but never mind that. You should just dye it another color. I would recommend going and having a hair dresser do it, but if you can't then i would say get the boxed dye, and go with the Nutrisse brand. it has fruit oils in it that help your hair. Also, don't stray to far from burgendy at first. If you try to dye it platinum blonde, it won't work out well. Try going a few shades lighter or darker. Maybe try a brown. good luck!

Hair dye???????/?

Never perm and color at the same time!!! that can ruin your hair! I don't think you want your hair to break or fall out, do you? If you do this again, wait at least a week between services. As for the color, there is color removers you can buy at the drugstore, but I wouldn't trust them. If you don't know what you are doing, you could really hurt your hair. I'd have to agree, all you can do is wait for it to fade or again, wait a week between services and do a different color, but remember it is harder to go lighter after you have gone dark. longer process and harder on your hair. I'd really resort to professional help if I were you.

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

i have dark brown hair, and i want to dye some of my hair hot pink. i'm not allowed to dye it permanent, though. i would have to bleach my hair for it to show up, but once the dye fades away, will my hair still be bleached? and also, wat are some good brands with temporary hot pink colours that will last longer than a week? maybe like a couple weeks or a month or so? and how do i bleach my hair? do i need to go to a salon for this?

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

yes your hair would stay bleached, you would need a semipermanant or demi permanant for it to stay more than a week... go to sallys or a salon... a salon would be your best bet

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

actually, my friend dies her hair tons of funky colors. she just goes to a salon to by bleach and then finds a brand with tons of hot colors

umm, i know Hot Topic has lots of un-permanent color.

they are really bright too!

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

yeah, it'll stay bleached.

manicpanic

couple weeks

get bleach from the store.

no.

if you want the bleach to fade, you should dye it a REALLY light blonde thats non permanent

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

dying your hair? Some dyes can hurt ur scalp. Im not saying all but some. Try just getting streaks.

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

You really need to go to a salon for this. If you bleach your hair, it is permanent. Once the pink fades out, most likely you will be left with a slightly pinky-orange color, and it will not be something you will want.

My suggestion would be to get some hot pink clip-in extensions, and then you will have the look you want whenever you want it, but you won't do any damage to your hair and you will be able to take them out when your parents don't want you to have them.

Try these: http://www.hairextensions.com/product.ph...

You pay for them individually, so you can buy just a couple at first and see if you like them, and then you can get more if you do!

Good Luck!

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

Ok, first, yes, once the color fades it will still be bleached. Once your hair has bleach on it, the bleach doesnt fade. And any color you get at Hot Topic lasts a WHILE. I colored a friend of mines hair on Christmas eve and until i colored it again a little over a week ago a different color, there was still remnants of the purple that i put in it. You CAN do it yourself but id be careful with the bleach. if you're going to do it yourself i would go for a 30 volume developer with salon quality bleach, not the crappy stuff they sell at Sally's Beauty Supply.

Hair dye help?? plz!!?

My only comment to this question is that bleached hair cannot fade. You take color OUT when you bleach hair and it is permanent.

Hair dye...........????

i had my hair dyed burgundy professional with foils(Thursday evening ), i got a shower Friday night n all my dye came out, why would that happened??? maybe because of my hair type, the type of dye used????????

Hair dye...........????

You need to call the person who did your hair! That should have not happened and you should be refunded immediately!

Hair dye...........????

I guess it was just cheap dye and they scammed you. Don't go there again, you got ripped off, it ain't cheap to get your hair dyed professionally, just go to Walgreen's and DIY or go to a different salon. Sorry. : )

Hair dye...........????

that would happen if your "professional" used a rinse instead of a dye. It also depends on how much came out. Some reds will bleed the first few washings.

Hair dye...........????

because u didnt let the dye settle in u have to wait more than 2hrs

Hair dye...........????

What type of conditioner are you using? Maybe you should go back to have it re-done (for free) and ask them what could have caused this.

Hair dye...........????

you should go back to the hairdressers, and ask them to sort it out.

Hair dye...........????

If this was professional, this should have not happened.

Sounds like you should return to the beauty shop and ask for suggestions or help. They should at least give you another free dye job.

I know when I use to get a perm I would have to wait 48 to 72 hours before I could wash my hair, but I didn't have to do that when colored.

Hair dye...........????

i would go back and give them a mouth full dye should not come out like that call them they will redo it

Hair dye...........????

of course the kind of dye u used!! but also u should be aware of what kind of shampoo u used...and about the dyeing go and sue the place or clear any misunderstandings.. and honestly even though the shampoo wasnt dye proof u shouold still get ur money back..well best of luck!~

Hair dye...........????

Nothing happened.Well it was the same color as your hair should be right?

Hair dye...........????

if you follow the instruction carefully, it should happen. if only some came out, thats natural.

if not, scammed1

Hair dye...........????

you need to find out type of dye used. was it off the scalp? just rinse? may not have been left in long enough? ask the person who did it. was it permanent color or a rinse?

Hair dye...........????

Good grief! Call the salon immediately and let them know. Prof. hair dyeing is not cheap and they should stand behind it and redye your hair. I was watching someone dye on tv and the guy said this one gal had dyed so much he had to vigorously rub the dye into the hair. Maybe they need to 'strip' it first? Good luck and I hope they don't make you repay and if they refuse compensation of some sort, you may have to report them to your local Better Business Bureau.

Hair dye...........????

call them!

they should refund it and u should get all your money back and go and get it dyed somewere else

HAIR DYE & FRINGE - blondish/brown, with pink, blue, green and purple?

HAIR DYE %26amp; FRINGE - blondish/brown, with pink, blue, green and purple?

i would advise that you go to a salon to get the all over colour and teh fringe cut and have them bleach out some pieces that you want to be coloured...then go to hot topic and grab a ffew different colours you like ( hot topic hair dye is the best!! it is very vibrant and does not fade much at all) and have a friend put the different colours in yoru hair separating each different colour with alum foil...p.s im a student at Toni %26amp; Guy...i know a little about fun crazy hair

HAIR DYE %26amp; FRINGE - blondish/brown, with pink, blue, green and purple?

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

I started off will medium brown hair. Kinda mouse brown.

Then I died it chesnut brown and ended up with reddish medium brown coloured hair which I liked but now I want my old hair colour back. So...

I died it back to medium brown and now it is more brownish and natural looking but there is still some red there and it is slightly darker than my natural colour.

I want blonde highlights and I don't want to have a band where I have grown out the hair dye.

What should I do to go back to my original colour and if I had it dyed at the hairdressers back to roughly my normal colour and had highlights would people notice the slight difference between my roots and normal hair colour underneath the highlighrts?

Sorry about my complex questiion but I appreciate all suggestions.

Thanks

Kate

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

leave it alone it will fade . you are putting color over color that has different tones . all natural hair color have all different tones in it . beige ,red , ash . But if you insist on putting more color on , make sure you get a level 2 shades lighter than your have on now and have bit in a neutral brown . you will always have roots (or regrowth ) as the pros call it . i personally wouldn't touch your hair because of everything you have on it . and wanting high lights would make your hair even more dangerous to work with

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

i like red heads

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

you can get the stuff at the store to take color out of your hair after you dye it.

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

well ya your question is difficult 1st i guess i could tell you the best way to get hair back to it's original color.

1-find the closest hair dye to you original color and maybe test it first if you'd feel more comfortable.

2-dye it the closest color you found.

3- if you want highlights put in a good color for your hair.

and no nobody should be able to tell that slight of a difference and just let your hair grow out and before you know it you'll be back to you original color!!!!!!!! good luck!!!!!! :)

Hair dye. Will pick best answer!?

I would not keep putting more dye on to get back to your natural color, the more chemicals you put on the more damage you are doing to the hair shaft, called over processing which in turn will make your hair more porous and the colour will be darker as porous hair will grab the colour faster than the roots. If you put bleach on top of damaged hair it will break as you have broken too many bonds in the hair shaft. Wait for a bit use good conditioner to get hair back in to good condition.

HELP ME! I dyed my hair red, and I need to dye my hair light brown... help me?

Ok, so about 2 weeks ago, I dyed my bangs red w/ Loreal Color Rays Red Rays. Im preforming a dance in front of my church on 4th of July, and I need to dye my hair a diff color(im not allowed to have the red). I really really reallyyy wanna dye my hair light brown. Right now, the bangs are the red, the actual hair is Loreal Soft Black(my natural color, but dyed), and the roots are now Ultra Light Ash Brown(because the brown did not take to the actual hair).

Does anybody know a light brown hair dye that will take to my dark hair, AND ESPECIALLY THE RED?!?!

I NEED HELP QUICKKK. i dont have time(or money) to go to a salon, and I need a quick fix! =]

HELP ME! I dyed my hair red, and I need to dye my hair light brown... help me?

I prefer Revlon from wal mart!! It works really great! It covers up my blonde really good and stays in for a while!! Its also super cheap!!

HELP ME! I dyed my hair red, and I need to dye my hair light brown... help me?

Sadly without stripping your hair you can only go darker than the actual color your hair is dyed right now. You can buy color stripper at the store but I have never used it so I don't know how well it works. But once you strip it you can use any color. Also be warned stripping and bleaching tend to damage your hair. So be careful. The only other hair colorI can think of that you can try is Clairol Hydrience. It comes with some stuff you apply right before coloring that is supposed to make the color stick to your hair better and more even. Good luck.

Darkest brown hair color or dye?

Im asian and I have naturally black hair, but light black hair. I dyed my hair light brown a few months ago and now i want to dye it back to its natural color. I dont want to buy black hair dye because i heard its really hard to take out the black if you wanna dye your hair lighter. So can anyone tell me the brand or the name of a hair color product that has the darkest brown color and won't fade or dry out my hair?

Darkest brown hair color or dye?

revlon !!

Darkest brown hair color or dye?

Revlon L'oreal are both pretty good, but usually dark colours fade a bit quicker than lighter ones. My hair is naturally dark brown and I dye it black (permanent dye) which lasts about 4 maybe 5 weeks before it fades back to brown. I also suggest using semi-permanent dye. It lasts about the same as permanent dyes (especially when dyeing hair darker shades) and is A LOT less harsh on your hair than the permanent dyes, leaving your hair lovelyyyyyy and NOT dry! = )
